In a Digital age traditional ‘Careers Fairs’ are increasingly irrelevant 

– neither inspiring nor creating at-scale connection between businesses and  young people.

Businesses tell us they’re both failing to find sufficent candidates for current roles… or to engage future talent.

Young people tell us they bring them no nearer to understanding what the world of work offers and how relevant the businesses are to their skills and interests.   However they do say they get a bunch of new PENS.
